I had been a regular customer at this store. Despite that I had such a bad customer experience here recently. I bought a 3200 bucks top from this store, which tore away while I was wearing it for the first time ! I requested the store manager to kindly exchange the top as it was just not fair to sell such a top ! The manager kept the top for 14 days and returned to me in even worst condition saying they can't exchange as per policy !

Please don't every buy Guess !
