Did you know they have the most amazing employee-employer systems. It is sorta win-win situation for them and thats why they are so on time and so effective. Meru is also super affordable. And in Mumbai, if you do want to get around the city in the least time possible and you do not want to step into the train as yet, Meru should be on speed dial.
I've used Meru Cabs more than a dozens of times over the last 5 years, and have never had a problem of any kind with the drivers or dispatchers. I have never had a cab arrive more than 2 or 3 minutes after the scheduled time.
I like that Meru takes care of the safety of their customers and drivers and have installed a voice alarm, warning the driver to slow down if they are too fast.
V Link Groups have launched MotorWorks, an automotive service center, in Mira Rd, which will look into servicing Meru Cabs, and will also cater to all retail customers.
Meru Cabs has been a real blessing. i prefer a Meru cab compared to other transport facilities. Sometimes its difficult to get cabs because they is so much demand but other than that they are just great.
I was hesitant to use the Meru Cab services as i was unaware about their working style. But one particular incident forced me to call them and ever since then I have been a Fan of Meru. They are on time, polite and well mannered.
I would recommend guys if anyone looking for taxi go for Meru.They are the best in the taxi industry.
I had used easy cabs recently for my hospital visit. My first experience was pathetic.I will never use easy cabs again. THe driver was impatient, arrogant & rude. He dint even bother that i was not well he should had drove the entire journery carefully But he was opposite to that. Was speeding like hell just to throw the customer at the end point. I never had such experience when i was using Meru cabs.They are so hasslefree. Meru drivers are much better trained & groomed as compared to easy cabs. My bad luck that i dint get meru cab since the bookings were over booked. Guys if u want to reach safely to your destination never book easy cab

i really appreciate Meru taxi services they have my life much easier as compared to any other taxis services.the tag line Meru RELY ON US stands for itself.
I called up meru and was kept waiting for 10 mins and than I closed my phone, and this I tried twice call centre response is poor
Once my friend recommended me to book a Meru cab for the railway station. I am glad that i booked one where i had a hassel free ride at a resonable cost
