Me too i agree with Rufina...Divina is an amazing store filled with all required stuff...i think its the best place to shop at...i totally disagree with Vikas Puri ...the things mentioned are very childish ....if his experience was bad does not mean that every1 will agree with it...i have recommended it most of my frnds n will also request or rather as a suggestion to the people reading this to visit it once to get a perfect picture of this amazing Shop ...i have got the best interiors for myself n so will you... there is wade range of bedroom unit n kitchen as well....and m sure every1 will like it... As said by Vikas Puri about his experience Mr.Prateek , that the order was suppose to be delivered in a specific time but that dint happ ... और देखें

TOTALLY DISAGREE . came across divina for the first time in an exhibition at bandra. was captivated by a wall clock and a dining table. the salesman(sukhdeo) persuaded me to pay a visit to thane.had a tough time convincing my husband to go all the way to thane from bandra . but the moment we ENTERED it was like like a child stepping into a candy store. we were just floored by the sheer size and the amazing range. we ended up making more than a dozen visits and buying not just the table and the clock but sofas,carpets, wallpaper, curtains and a whole lot of artefacts including frames, murals and paintings . duiring shippment some of the vases and an expensive glass mural were damaged. they were replaced promptly free of cost. the kind ... और देखें

DISGUSTING DIVINA Dear Friends, Would like to use this forum to ai my grievances against Divina, the furniture store located at Manpada, Thane West. I would like to warn all innocent and gullible customers to avoid this store, as it seems to be a fly by night operator or some sort of fraud set up. In case people think I am a cranky customer trying to be difficult, following is my experience at this place: I placed my order at the store for a piece of furniture and the salesman, who was a really irritating guy forced us to make an advance payment at the time of placing the order, this is absolutely normal as all furniture stores do this. However after the order was placed and the money was collected, the harassment started. ... और देखें Firstly these guys were supposed to come to take measurements at my home, inspite of my repeated calls they did not come and gave me stories on three occassions citing reasons like accidents, family problems , traffic jams etc. for not coming and taking the measurements. These reasons were given to me after I had to trace the cell number of the measurement guy and call him up, neither he nor the staff at Divina bothered to call me and inform me that the measurements were delayed. That is atleast fine, I can forgive this for human mistakes so I did not take it too serioudly. After the measurements were taken, the shop committed delivery in 15 days, at the end of 15 days there was no call from them, so I called them back to ask them about the status of the order, at which time they said it will take another 10 days. Please note that this update was given to me when i called and noone from the store called me up to tell me that there is a delay. At this point of time, I started getting a bit worried so I demanded that I speak to the owner, so I was directed to one Mr.Prateek, I really doubt if he is the owner as he seemed to be someone with a very casual attitude(like all the staff members), who gave me some more stories and said that he will ensure the delivery happens on time. after this i realized that this store is not a professional setup, so i started alling more frequently. during one of these calls i realized that the salesman who sold me the stuff has left, and to my horror, everything went for a toss due to this. i demanded that i wanted to speak to the owner, but i was always told that he is very busy in meetings so he cant take the calls. so u can understand what kind of a place it is , a businessman who doesnt have time for his customers, is a businessman who doesnt deserve to be in business. this is not the end of my saga, i was then assigned another salesman, who was a thorough gentleman and gave me some promises. none of the promises were kept and after 45 days i was still without my furniture,. please note that i have 2 flats in manpada and i got similar orders from other stores in thane in 10 days flat. i finally decided to cancel my order, in fact i had demanded for a cancellation sometime within 7 days of the order as i was unhappy with the behaviour of the shop staff. i was declined the refund, i finally got the refund after 45 days, and i have suffered a lot i request all of you customers to skip this store, there are many other stores in the vicinity which you can visit. these guys treat the customers with shabbily, are unprofessional, the owner is not bothered and basically this just seems to be some kind of fraud setup where they take money from customers, use it for 2 months and then give cock and bull stories and refund the money, basically using other peoples money free of संक्षेप देखें

Came across this very detailed blog on Divina Thane, I think all of you guys looking for furniture and who are planning to buy furniture at Divina must have a look at the reviews posted on the blog. it is very informative and after reading it it seems that Divina is a fraud setup and a conman store
