While this is a well renowned shop in the area and offer option and good marketing approach, my experience has been very mixed. Complaint follow-up response is very poor. It is like goods once sold there is no recourse. The quality of bedroom furniture is good, the technical quality of kitchen furniture is doubtful. There are continuing problems and despite request, the managers do not visit to check problem. They merely send the workers and hence there is no commitment from the shop management on service. I am still waiting to get couple of glitches fixed in kitchen. So if you dealing with the shop go ahead, but ensure that before you accept the good in you house they are checked well!!! Meenal, Airoli
