I had attended this session of hypnotherapy in Pune. The session consists of theory explanation. Some basics will be explained like how your mind is made up of conscious and sub-conscious parts. And how the subconscious part is affected by your negative and positive thoughts(Its not a great science). Second part is of 10 mins and there is no deep hypnosis. It consists on only AFFIRMATIONS. Affirmations means you should keep saying what you want to become. Example: if you want to be healthy, then say "I am healthy...i AM HEALTHY..." like this for 10 to 15 mins. Keep repeating what you want. So this is not hypnosis. You can stay at home and keep repeating " i am healthy", " i am very intelligent", " my back pain has reduced"...etc.
