One of the worst cooking environments,very dirty,unhygenic and the guy who was packing the food was sneezing directly on the food so i had to immediately cancell the order

It is said first impression is the best impression. In your case, first impression was not the best, to put it mildly. Reason: You were supposed to ready the stage for a 6 o clock function. Sadly, the stage was not readied until past the scheduled time. As a host, I had to cut a sorry figure to hear guests commenting on the obvious. This is nothing short of being irresponsible, unprofessional, indifferent and regrettable. Moreover, there was no apology from the person in-charge.

We ordered food from here last friday. The order took well over 3 hrs to arrive. Every time we called the restaurant they promised to deliver the food in the next five minutes but it never happened. When it finally arrived, the delivery man was on the phone and didn't bother answering questions on why the food took so long to arrive. Terrible service, and the food was definitely not worth the wait

Clearly one of the best places for chicken biryani, its so good its over by 2 pm..
their other food is great too
try the chicken chole and teetar if your adventurous..

Richies is one of the best hotels for the people dwelling in and aroud Frazer Town. It has a wonderful ambience and taste of food is awesome, Especially the Briyani and Sheek Kabab's are mouth watering...........
