I ordered a bouquet for my friend, 10 days ago, to be delivered today, and it NEVER got delivered !!! I was charged Rs. 100 extra, for a morning delivery on top of the cost of the bouquet !! When I called them up, no one seemed to have any idea about it. I will be sorting it out with them, but if you want peace of mind, DO NOT GO TO TILIA. Trust me, it is absolutely unreliable- I have first hand experience.
