Bharat Thakurs Artistic Yoga: Improve strength, flexibility, stamina, balance and agility with Artistic Yoga. Bharat Thakur conducts meditation workshops and stress management programmes. Techniques from Sufism, Zen Buddhism and Hatha, Dhyana and Bhakti yoga are combined to get alleviate stress. Each class introduces innovative sequences of asanas (postures), pranayam (breathing techniques), bandhas (neuro-muscular locks), kriyas (cleansing techniques) and mudras (hand gestures). A distinct aspect is partner stretching wherein postures are assisted by a partner, resulting in improved flexibility. Bharat Thakur has personally trained all the teachers who conduct Artistic Yoga classes.
