Been a regular customer for small eats and cakes. But, the Indiranagar manager disappointed us to the core yesterday. Ordered Rosti and Tiramisu, highly disappointing, nowhere close to how they should be. Served round Hash Brown for Rosti, and sweet cream setting with cake layer for Tiramisu. When highlighted to manager, he says, "dont tell me about Tiramisu, we have the best one". Arrogant, Rude, no customer service. If you have international dishes on the menu, should prepare it as they do, not what you think you do well. And they need to learn to respect customer opinion and feedback.

Some really nice cakes are a available here. Price are slightly high but the quality justifies it. Worth trying

Ridiculous Service. They gave me a business card in which the contact numbers of Indiranagar branch is printed with Koramangala branch's contact and viceversa. I ordered the cake for Indiranagar but later realized that their card was printed wrong and have to travel all the way back to Koramangala in traffic for my order. Even though Its their mistake they hesitated to even ask an apologize for the inconvenience they caused to me. they are very rude, French people are better than this guys.

Awesome cakes..... one of the few bakeries that caters everybody's taste. They have the extensive collection of egg/eggless cakes. Want to order a cake for birthday/anniversary? Your order will be ready in 1 hr the time you call them up.
