@Home is the worst place to buy furniture. We got a dining table from @home more than a year back for INR60000(Athena) and now it is of no use(people fall down when they sit on the chair). It is of the poorest quality and dont go by looks. WORST QUALITY!!!

Think twice before you go to @home koramangala. I dont understand how nilkamal is recruiting employees for this. I had a very bad experience in @home . I just went to buy cupboard and I found one. Before paying the bill I asked the sales person Whether I will receive this delivery today itself. He said it is not possible as per their policy they have to find some schedule tomorrow or later(so i asked that guy to add your policy to the board which is showing free home delivery). I am staying near to @ home ,just 200 mtrs away. still they are not ready , so I asked him to call manager .That guy (manager) started with new story that the furniture has to come from Mumbai ( some 5 minutes back sales person ensured that the furniture is there in

Really curse myself for just going by the looks of the furniture and blindly trusting the quality. We purchased a hydraulic bed from @home Koramangla around 6 months back. The hinges which support the
hydraulic system dislodged a few days back. After continuous haggling for more than a week, Mr Lokesh, the store owner finally sent someone. The only viable solution was to fix it with a really ugly looking bolts. So I paid up Rs 40000 for the bed and then ended up with a piece of crap. Absolutely horrible stuff, would never recommend anyone to get deceived by just the look.

I went to @home in Koramangala (Bangalore)on Jan 11,2011.The staff at accessories floor (basically a sales man and two saleswomen) were busy laughing /sharing jokes in spite of our repeated requests to help us in selecting wall -masks/paintings/dried flower sticks. When I pointed it out ,Mr.Manjunath M. Asst. Department Manager (Accessories) refused to listen to me and said that I should not point out at the staff busy chatting as it might hurt the sentiments of the female saleswomen.
Instead of listening to my complaint and taking action he showed a very soft corner for female saleswomen who were busy chatting instead of working for which they are paid by the store.
