Very very bad service.Customer Scare no is of no use &our money is wasted .Submitted form15G/H online.I need confirmation whether it has been recorded.
i tried so many time to reach this branch employees not respond i dont know what service they providing to customer. Since 1/2 hr no response from them. try to reach 5 different contact no. cannt even pick up first
People don't go use their service better do other work instant of feel tension.
This branch is so inefficient, they misplace customer's document and waste their time and money. Put the blame on customer itself.
I have a Savings Account with this Branch. The very first problem I faced was when foreign inward remittance was received, the dealing person was ignorant of the RBI guidelines and when I visited the branch with the RBI guidelines, he was not willing to accept it. The legal remittance with SBI which happened parallel took three working days, However, ICICI bank took 3 good months that too after frequent follow-ups. Pathetic service. The frequent problem I pose is when a cheque gets dishonoured, tracking the dishonoured cheque and retrieving is another herculean task, forget the fact that other banks sends the dishonoured cheque to the account holder's address. A bunch of jokers.

Hi. i am a student in bangalore. I went to this branch of ICICI to get information on a few of their products as part of my understanding for a college research and the employees here were very rude, they could have either said yes or no for giving me the information instead they were very rude and litreally pushed me out of the bank. there is no co ordination between the control room and employees. the bank should improve their customer relation. this was a very bad experience for me so i wanted to share it.
The Branch sucks in terms of customer service. I tried to open an account and had to wait for 15 days before finding out that documents submitted didnt suffice. On top of it the Customer Relationship Executive's phone was switched off for almost a week when I tried to call for clarification.
Height of Unprofessionalism ! these guys are just interested in opening accounts and dont care later !
