I just walked out from the M.A.C store across Garuda mall with great disappointed by the girl who wrk there. I was hoping she would help me find my shade Instead she asked me to go home to check what shade I am using because I told her I don't remember it. Anyhow when I asked her to check my color at the store she gave me this disaster attitude/ made face/ she was even harsh and her service wasn't satisfying. I am hoping for the better service n pls make sure satisfy every customers as hired for.
I had been to m.a.c showroom opposite to garuda mall, service at the cosmetic counter was good, but at billing counter the girl was rude and not well behaved with lot of attitude
The service is good and really everyones really talented there ,but im not satisfied with the product and want to exchange it,ppease help me out
I recently bought a Mac liquid liner from Mac Shoppers stop near forum the qualityi is really bad and gts smuged ,when I went for an exchange but they refused so really disappointed. Please provide a customer cares number if you have any.
Hey I just been to store ..I wasnt very comfortable after reading all these comments...So i went there with apprehension.....But wow!!! I was bowled over by their service!! Awesome artists, way too talented and humble... I went to buy products but I ended up getting my bridal make up done by them! All ladies are awesome....I would definitely recommend them to all of you out there..would definitely go back there!
hey u know wot u are actually right . The staff in the evening shift is messed.I have used mac, since inception...and now I have switched on to christian dior ,only because of the staff misbehaving and trying to act smart...passing comments at me... Didn't expect this from a brand like mac... I can actually name that sales girl with curly hair who acted smart., and the other gal is called Nabi.
An advice to the brand... Puhleeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz teach ur staff customer service
i reallly liked it....i got it done for my wedding....salman did an awsummm job...infact i also got it done with gauri and wasnt happy....
This is no comment on the products. But the MAC store in Bangalore is a disgrace in terms of customer service. The sales people almost act like they invented the brand themselves. They have absolutely no regard for the customer. They have too much attitude are too high handed. Its not like they are handing over the products for free. Please try MAC in another city or something.
