Ordered dinning table 4 chairs and a stool. total cost 34000. They always start with the statement that the factory is behind the shop and they do the work their. The same gets repeated 100 times. Another promise they make is that they will show the furniture before getting polished and no other furniture shop in Bangalore does it... Also when you are upset the manager shouts at one of the staff to show that he is really interested in your business and the staff will have no idea what you on the manager is talking about. Good drama to convince you
When I went to the showroom on 5th day to check my furniture it was not ready and got the below excuses.
The wood is wet and hence it is currently under seasoning. Will need two more days

Horrible service and pathetic people, they commit and commit and just keep commiting, they are good for nothing , their products are not great on top of that irritating services.
its horrifying experience to buy a tea table from them which we ordered to make and everyday we called they said its not ready and made all silly excuses, the sales pitch is very good from them that u wil try to give it a try to buy something from them but than it will be ur biggest mistake.

Very bad service and quality of wood work is pathatic..Dont ever buy anything from them.
