I bought (unfortunately) two LED FD TVs (LG lb5610) and one Himalaya cool LG AC from this shop. Before buying the answer given by the sales men were good. Once we bought the products (even then i could not get the AC which i proposed to buy - actually i wanted to buy colour but only white was available) I am sorry to say the service is very poor by the sales men and the chief at this stores. It took four days for them to fix the TVs and more than one week to fix the AC (The Engineers ask us to provide scres and plug wood etc.,), that too after making numerous number of calls with Sri Ramkumar, Sri Vinoth, Sri Anthony and other people at this shoppe.
