I fully agree with Gnana. I too was cheated with her words. I received calls twice a day continuously for 1 week till I purchase the inverter. After that, I call her twice a day for the past 2 weeks for service, till now my unit is not serviced. Missed to check this page earlier before my purchase :) very bad.
These people Mr.Lakshmanan, Mr.Sathish and Mr.Ramesh are very worst in service. Till we buy the system they talk very nice and no service we can expect from them, I bought an inverter Su-kam brand from them. Even for distilled water filling for the battery I had to make many calls. They never keep up their words. When ever you call you will get reply for the 2 calls but will never attend the work. After that they will not even attend the calls. Somebody else will attend the mobile call and cheat the customer all the time. never go to them to buy anything from them. Even the review by Buvaneswari looks like false. Their own employee has written this review just to increase their rating. If you ask the details of Buvaneswari and the purchase

i bought an inverter jan 2010, still it is working good without any problems and DIGITEK doing good back up service and maintanace and i put and AMC also because of their service and good relationship with the customers and also recommend my friends and relative across tamilnadu, last two month also i put a new one at my office, so they are well trusted and provide good service back up,

Number one fraud and cheats. I bought an inverter Falcon on 12th March 2012. Now the water level has come down. I ma making calls many times but after sometime he never takes my call. I have paid for 4years battery warranty and 2 years Inverter warranty. I waited for more than one month and now decided to go to consumer court. We cannot leave these people like this.

number one fraud people.i called them to repair my inverter.in my first call itself they insisted to change and get a new inverter(much before checking it what has gone wrong)as it is 5 yrs old inverter.even then i asked them to home service it.after 1 1\2 days a person named charles came.he just checked for the fuse behind the machine.it was ok.that's it.without even checking it properly,he declared the board is not working.replacement of the same will cost me rs3000-rs 4000,instead i can get a new one for 6000rs.when i asked him about the board,he did'nt even bothered to give the correct details.he charged me rs 300 for the service he had done.
