Ordered laptop on new year eve.. For the 3 following days they told it is coming and coming..but 4th day told that particular model was not available and insisting me to purchase higher model worth extra 3000/-

last year december only i bought a hpm1005 mfp printer from them now. when i a was enquiring about the colour printer and trying to buy a toner they are not even considereing and not giving courtesy to me . very poor customer care .. and very poor way of talking and very rude.... better not to deal anything with them bad administration too..........

Bad experience. During an emergency, bought a Dell laptop adaptor for Rs. 1800 from Vivin Computers. When I checked the online price the same day, it was quoted as low as Rs. 800 on Flipkart. On questioning, the shopkeeper was rude and gave excuses like online items won't be original and that the extra price was for the 1 year warranty, when in reality original item and 1 year warranty was available on online sites like Flipkart and Snapdeal for half the price. So, this shop cannot be trusted as far as pricing goes, and it is wise to check prices online before buying electronic/computer items.
