This is not the first time I am facing bad experience in Raj Yamaha, Adyar service center.
1. I gave my bike SZR on 25th August 2015 for general service and they committed that they will deliver it by evening, but when i called in the evening they informed that they need one more day to check the vehicle.
2. On 26th 2015 morning at 11 am I got a call from customer care that my bike is ready. when I went I was really disappointed and shocked to see that my bike was not ready at a till 5 pm. Service person not checked the front brake - which was one of my complaint, bike was not washed, tyre got punctured, bike emitting more smoke as it was...
I really doubt whether they did service?????????? I am really going take this issue t ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿo cosumer court as I am facing this type of issues for the 3rd time from this service center...
No professionalism, no trained service team, pathetic service......
Please address this issue... I assure your brand will definetely get spoiled for poor after sale service if this type activity tend to continues....
