My experience with 98.4 is sooooo bad that the staff of there is unprofessional and not helpful at all. I am a regular customer of 98.4 and still i m giving this review for other customer that please do not visit to that store if u r looking for good and timely service. I always bought 4 bottles of A to Z multi-vitamin syrup for the store on every alternate days. one day i came with the complaint that syrup is not good as there were lot of bubble in the bottle and it taste yuuukkkk then other time as i used to have. The staff told me to write a complaint letter and i did as per them but the problem is not resolved as of yet. I don't know what kind of services they are giving to their customers. Dissappointed from the services of sector 10 dwarka 98.4 branch and staff (Mr.Vinod and Gopal)- They dont bother to pick the call and home delievery is so pathetic that they let the customer wait for hrs and mist of the time the medicine is out of stock. The kind of pathetic revert they give by saying that they were not able to pick the cal as customers are there in shop .This is so pathetic service and other pharmas like Viva and apollo are so better then 98.4 .

requested for crocin suspension for my child who was having 101 fever. the guy over the phone promised me the delivery within 45 mins however noone turned up even after 2.5 hrs.
thankfully i simultaneously ordered the same from religare who delivered the medicine within 20 mins of placing the order.
