I would suggest just don't go there.Customer service is worst.I bought a 8gb sand disc flash drive.Somehow i lost the bill and my f d stopped working.So i went to the shop to ask for another bill for the same as i know they keep copy of the bills in their comp.
But the were really rude and said bluntly that they would not give any kind of bill.So in spite of being within warranty period i can't have the service..This is not right..

Horrible experience. I wanted to buy a RAM (transcend). I specifically asked for transcend and I was aware of the price.
There was a salesman named "Narayan" who said about price and went for billing. After billing I saw it's not transcend but "EVM".
I asked him why it's from EVM company. He said that they don't have transcend. He asked me to trust on the goodwill of Supreme Technologies.
When I insisted on branded company, he started asking odd questions like "Will you stop buying RAM if transcend stop selling RAM" and so. I had no other choice but to buy this EVM RAM.
After I connected it, the system started crashing again again. So I ran a memtest and found a lot of memory-issues or errors with the new EVM RAM.

I have purchased a Dell Laptop N5110, Service Tag No. 6CX5VQ1 from Supreme Pvt Ltd, Kolkata on May,19,2012. But from the very first day it's having problem. When I call Dell Service centre I came to know that supreme has sold me a second hand/ Referred/ (already been replaced) which can't be replaced anymore. This can be proved by the bill itself. At the time of purchasing I was not aware of the fraud.
Now Supreme is denying the fact and after several attempt they neither could solve my problem nor replace it.
I have the bill and service centre memo (repaired twice but problem persist). Literally I couldn't use my laptop for a single day.
I have no option other than register complain against supreme and Dell in consumer forum"
I go to buy a 2TB @ 7200rpm internal desktop drive at their store and they sell me a Seagate drive (ST2000DL003- 9VT166) which is an entry level drive @ 5900rpm. On repeated asking and suggesting that this green drive may be lower than 7200rpm, the sales guy checks his inventory on the computer and gives me this. They stock only the Seagate 2TB's (no other options) so I guess they are aware about the specs. of the drive.
