Abhirupa Yoga Kendra: This unique clinic pays attention to a person's individual needs and problems and solves it with yoga. This is more like a clinic where your problems will be dealt with on an individual basis and you will be shown the appropriate yogasanas aimed at relieving your ailments. After all, different people need different solutions. If somebody would like exercises for acidity and someone else for obesity, the instructor will deal with these individual needs, with 10-15 minutes per person. The Kendra is open just once a week, on Tuesdays, between 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
