Its better to carry our own luggage than appointing SIVASA. I live in Kolkata. I needed to shift my luggage from 1st floor of a building to 3rd floor and the flat is few blocks from that location. So they were spared with the fuel costing. This was the 3rd time I am shifting. I called up SIVASA to give us an estimate. A Lady and a guy came to my house. They roamed around and saw everything which need to shift. I already had about 10-12 Cartoons in packed condition. So they were again spared with some effort and time. On the day of shifting they came around 10.30am where they were supposed to start with the packing from 9-9.30am. When they came I was stunt. 3 guys came to do the cartoon packing. reviews for Sivasa Packers & Movers, New Alipore, Kolkata has given me an useless service.on 6.5.13 I sent some items from kolkata to Bangalore out of which 2 valuable items were completely broken by them .cost of those artcles is 45000/-.I contacted them and sent letter also but they are silent.Items reached on 16.05.2013,it is abnormally delayed.They charged RS.10000/- which appears to be much more.They didn't care to affix Revenue stamp on the money receipt which is a must on demand even .All ways they writ old and use article ti save their skin.This packers have no realisation after causing serious damage also.

It has been a shocking and a painful experience for me to followup with your representatives from Kolkata and New Delhi over and over again. It has been over 15 days from the day of delivery of my items and still, I am not in receipt of my missing items. I have spoken to so many Sharmaji's both in Kolkata and New Delhi, but to my surprise, every one seems to be aware of my situation but can't help get my stuff back. I am taken aback that Mr. Balveer Choudary knowing the fact that some of items are missing, he acts to be innocent of the situation. I have requested to speak to Mr. Kailash so many times but he seems to be unavailable. Mr. Kailash is the main culprit here, to misplace my items and bring all the things into chaos. This is to bring to your attention that I have still not received the items that were missing from the packing list. I was informed by the packing supervisor Kailash and Marketing Officer Balveer Choudary that all the items would be delivered. When the truck was brought along with my items, most of the things were missing. Following are the list that went missing: 1. 16kg Gas Cylinder. 2. 2 pcs of Korean fur winter blankets. 3. A large orange luggage. 4. Gas stove with two burners. 5. Utensil holders. Most importantly, the headlamp of my bike has been broken. It seems there was no point of me getting the item insured. I feel stabbed and fraud activities happening. I have already contacted your office in Kolkata with Mr. Sharma, who ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ

However, Mr. Balveer Singh has assured me to resolve it in my favour. Will update once I have the possession of the item.

Kind Attention: - Shri Balbir/ Sharma JI Dear Sir, As you are aware that I had engaged your company M/s Sivasa Packers & Movers, Mahipalpur, New Delhi for the transportation of my personal belongings/ Household Goods and personal car to be transported from Janakpuri, New Delhi to Kasturba Nagar, Kochi at the rates agreed from Door to Door. In this regard the following is brought to your notice and further necessary action at your end; 1. My personal household goods were handed over to your company on 24th April 2010 at Janakpuri New Delhi forenoon to be delivered at my residence in Kasturba Nagar, Kochi at your promised/ committed date i.e., 02nd May2010 in good original condition, that included both unloading and unpacking for which ... ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ also the charges from your end was levied on me and the full amount was paid in advance. However, it is to mention with great regret that neither my personal household goods were delivered on 2nd May2010, nor the unloading nor your persons at the destination as committed by you did unpacking. I had to engage local kerala laborers to unload my belongings from the truck that cost me Rs.5000/-. 2. It is to also mention that during the delay of delivery by one week from your end (as the delivery of household goods took place on 9th May2010, 10.30p.m. instead of 2nd May 2010), my family and me were forced to stay in Hotel/ Guest House and had to undergo extreme mental agony (as no proper authentic information was provided to us of our personal household goods whereabouts and the time it will reach to us at Kochi) and exorbitant financial losses. Per day expenses of my family for boarding and lodging together reached to Rs.1000/- (being the least) per day for 4 people. The total cost for 7 days delay costed me more than Rs.7000/- 3. You may also take note that some of my precious hard earned money belongings like the furniture Sofa 1 2; costing Rs.20, 000/-, Chest top Drawer with a detached Big Mirror; costing Rs5000/-, Double bed costing 20000/-, kitchen utensils (both crockery and steel) costing Rs2000/-, my Motorcycle electric wires pulled out and handle bent both to be now replaced costing Rs 1000/-, revolving chair costing 1500/-, etc have been damaged severely. People with no respect, care and heart have handled my household goods in the most ruthless manner and in the most unprofessional manner one could have imagined in his/her wildest dreams. 4. I collected my car from point Kalamaserry, Kochi that was also supposed to be delivered from door to door at my residence at Kasturba Nagar, Kochi that was not less than 15-20km far from my residence, for which I had to hire a taxi costing me Rs200/- plus the mental agony of your most unprofessional and irresponsible approach towards a hapless client who made full payment to collect the car. 5. To say the least my several desperate phone calls from Kochi to M/s Sivasa packers and Movers representatives were not answered properly and I was left confused. I write this letter to upraise M/s Sivasa Packers & Movers, Mahipalpur, New Delhi of the torture, agony and financial losses caused to me and my family which relied on your company with whole heart and trust only to be betrayed and cheated by approach and commitment made by M/s Sivasa Packers & Movers, Mahipalpur, New Delhi at the time of accepting the contract and the money for the job work. I really wonder if you can compensate me for what all I have lost both mentally and financially. The least I can hope and you can still respond in a positive manner and try to refund the damage and the additional cost that was incurred by me as referred above (that should have been acಕಡಿಮೆ ವೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿ
