Really bad experience. Had exchanged my old Maruti 800 (WB20M 3787) and bought a Hyundai Eon WB02 AB 6948 on 22nd November, 2012. All was done with lots of smiles and follow ups from customer service department asking for satisfaction level ratings etc.
Little did I understand that the smiles were all plastic. To my surprise I get a challan from the Kolkata Traffic Police ( Cae no. ssPCO22546/15 for flouting norms related to my old car, which goes on to prove that the car name was not transferred.
Whats more surprising is that in spite of repeated communication from my side over phone there is no response from the company. No one is simply bothered.
Now think of it. Any accident happens on that car or it is used for anit- social or anti-

Pathetic experience during purchase of new Xcent. Lots of mis-commitment, most of them are lier. 1month extra delay in delivery and unnecessary harassment in between. till date waiting for Registration number. They hv not sent the file to RTO. Pls avoid
Worst service centre for car. Just washed the car and delivered with a hefty bill in the name of regular servicing.
I've purchased a Hyundai i10 Car from Austin Hyundai, Baishnavghata, Patuli on May,2011. At the time of purchasing the car, I was promised by then sales person Mr Abhishek Sarkar to get 3rd Yr & 4th Yr exteneded warranty free of cost. An Extended Warranty registration Form has also been filled up properly then on my Car delivery date for this purpose.
But surprisingly till date I've not received any extended warranty document. When enquired, I got to know that somehow due to some error my Extended Warranty service was not Punched. This is quite shocking as I never expected such a process gap in an esteemed company like Austin Group and also this is unmatched with the exemplary customer service of the Hyundai Motors.
