Being attached to the healthcare industry, I can understand the busy consequences but the limit can only extend to somehow, not always. How come your phone gets busy all the time? Moreover, there should be the availability of Mobile Phones!
Being good in brand name, such things are not acceptable from the Apollo Branch.
Look into this matter and empathize the situation.

Phone calls are not attending...and most of the time phone are busy

Patient base increases but no infrastructure growth.. Staffs are pretty rude and do not have manners to talk properly. They take down names to list ppl coming for USG.. but then again it is first come first serve.. pretty stupid reception staffs.. they are only responsible for collecting money.. however for any other qiestions its the nurses.. nurses on the other hand directs querries to reception.. I would report this to apollo management and hopefully there will be no help in this really idiotically managed place.. book an usg appointment over phone on previous day and wss told to come at 8:30 am.. but then again call patients on first come first serve basis on the time of billing.. we as called at 11 am.. Getting over phone is next to impossible. Continue Busy or continue ringing................ no response ..... Management needs to look into this. Also put a mobile no so that the calls gets registered for verification.

The clinic has not been attending to tephone calls for doctor appointment.
Today i tried for 3 hours but failed. Sorry for the name APOLLO

I am an old patient and have their senior citizen cards.Recently i am observing indifferent attitude by the clinic towards the patient.For doctors appointment you have to be lucky enough to get their phone.It was ringing but no body to attend it.It is better that the clinic should made an announcment that appointment by coming personnaly to clinic.this is not all if you are lucky enough to get appointment over phone ,you have to again call the clinic one hour ago to get confirmation ,if the said doctor came or not.why?the clinic has patient phone no of the paqtient and the can inform the patient that doctor has not come one hour prior of appointment.Previously it was the system.
