Rs 12000 gone down the drain because of trusting these cheats. They do not deserve to be in business. shame on them

FRAUD AND CHEATS.
We went to this shop to buy a coir mattress from kurlon or godrej, but they lured us to buy a new quality of hard foam mattress. which they claimed will be comfortable and is the latest best technology and that it will soften in 2 months use. we paid rs.1200/- for this 5x6.5 mattress and after almost 6 months, it is still as uncomfortable as day 1. they also told us that there is 20 years warranty on the product and this warranty card has still not been given. Also the mattress has started giving a fowl smell.
