Chor log....unqualified technicians....extremely poor customer service skills.....u would feel like killing them through the phone...when the technicians talk

Guys! BEWARE OF THESE CHEATERS!! I'll tell my story in short. I had a Dell Studio 1558 model. 4 years old was running perfectly. One fine day its screen went blank. Chances of dead motherboard, Dell people said they don't manufacture the model anymore. Worse mistake ever in my life - I took it to phonecare. Charged me 6,000 and replaced the screen. I don't know what they did but the laptop started rejecting the original battery. Started using the laptop without the battery. After 4-5 days later keyboard developed some glitch, even the mouse pad started acting weired. I took the laptop to phonecare goregoan, all the way from panvel beacuase I saw how they delivered my laptop 1st time - in a plastic bag!!! if its a vegetable or something.

Most disgusting , AWFUL ,worse service ever. I had given the my Blackberry 9860 mobile for keypad repair.Never repaired the phone full instead they are more qualified to damage working phone and they are very good at that.
IF YOU ARE GIVING YOUR PHONE TO SERVICE DO NOT EVER THINK OF IT AS REPAIR SERVICE , IN REALITY IT IS DAMAGING SERVICE AND THEY ARE MORE INTO MONEY EARNING ON THAT BASIS. i gave my phone nokia n900 on 21 st oct. phonecare ,sharda bhuvan kandivli (w.).they returned my handset on 19th nov. without any repairing. no one replying correctly on phone ,sometimes no one can attend the phone.i collect my phone & given to nokia service center, after inspecting the technician replied that one screw is missing,motherboard was dead. before estimate in nokia 1800 rs. & after phonecare touch this phone rs.6000. so now bettter to throw this phone.bcoz only this way is better.... so i warn to everyone if boared with your phone & you confused what to do ? so better option is goto phonecare & you have only one choice & that is.......!
I gave my iphone 4s for repair for a non functional LCD screen to you on 3rd september. The job sheet number was 4695. It was repaired and given back to me on 18th september. However I noticed that the screen was not replaced but only repaired as the notches at the edge of the screen were still there from the old phone. I asked for a reduction in charge as the screen had not been replaced only repaired. The delivery guy took the phone back for inspection and returned it to me on 20th with a different screen. The screen was new and functional but not of very good quality. I compared the screen with another iphone 4s screen , which was two years old also, at maximum brightness and the new replaced screen was much bright and also had a blui

AWFUL BAD SERVICE - NO UPDATES FOR MONTHS AND PHONE DMAGED BY THEM - NO REFUND RECEIVED YET SINCE LAST 3 MONTHS . My Motorola phone was damaged by thier technician yogesh and has been taken since last 3 months without any support , the superviser mahesh does not pick the phone and there has been no update for weeks , i will be soon lodging a police complaint against them .
