What a terrible mistake this place is. Not only is the resort third class, the staff is much worse. Never have I encountered such a disrespectful, disinterested and disgraceful set of professionals. We were going to be in Manori for only a day and had made all bookings on the phone so as to ensure minimum wastage of time. Making the bookings were enough of a pain in the ass but we got there and realized that they had given us incorrect information about their packages! The promised package did not exist, the staff did not care that they were the ones who provided us with wrong information, and we were rudely told that we were free to go elsewhere if we werenât happy.
