Since this hosptial has been certified as NABH...was expecting a better service and more responsible begaviour towards patients
Wanna bring this incident happened today at 5.15 pm , my mom got operated last week and visited hospital today for redressing over the area which got operated last week. We were there at 5.15 pm and there were two nurses and a doctor. Being a emergency ward patients needs to be attended quickly but we were told to wait , if they were attending any patients then it would had been quite appropriate to ask the patients to wait ..but these nurse were busy chitchatting with each other
We waited till 5.45 and then again asked the nurse we were told wait again ...we thought it was ok to wait for a while as a patient wit

I am very thankful to Dr Bimal Shah. He saved my wife's life. She was having so much of problem. He is an expert Laparoscopic surgeon. Without opening her stomach, he removed her dirty gallbladder with stone. Three doctors had told me it will require opening up. Dr. B C Shah is senior most Laparoscopic surgeon not just in Bhaktivedanta Hospital but entire Mira Bhayandar area.
This is a hospital with average facilities.
1. There is no privacy(Other patients sitting around in the same room) for patient to talk to the doctor.
2. It is a money making hospital not a hospital for the service of people in mind.
3. Fees, Charges are similar or greater than that in other hospitals.
4. They are having small stores selling ayurvedic products and books. They even want to make money from patients.
5. There is always chanting music going on in weird foreign voice and pronunciation. You can not enforce this chanting for all visiting your hospital. Espl. at least when you are making so much money.
6. They charge consulting money in advance. Compared to other hospitals where mostly you have to pay after doctor consultatio
