Too fraud company don't give me any refund change NEVER PURCHASE SPIDIGO BROADBAND FOR YOUR NEED BCOZ NO ONE IS CARING ABOUT US AFTER CHEATING.CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE AND UNRESOLVING THE PROBLEMS.
Spidigo Broadband is amazing, it is way better than the others I have used Tata, BSNL, Tikona, Reliance, etc.... It's the best I guess. Amazing speed at the same time hardly any downtime and this is also not more than couple of hours. The only thing they should improve is on their customer service phone line bcz most of the time its busy, just have only one person attending the line I guess. Apart from that everything is almost perfect :) .. Happy Customer for sure :)
Worst Broadband. I applied and got a call instantly. The salesperson came and checked feasibility and took andvance payment for 6 months. After the chq was cleared nothing happened. After calling so many times and calls not picked up, i finally was told that money will be refunded after a month because no feasibility in my area. Im stuck and not being confirmed also when i can expect money back. Their customer helpline also is uselless as i was told by them that i would get a call shortly but got no calls. ive registered a complaint in consumer court and will take legal action against them.

I ordered the internet service which took 10 days to get installed - was promised will be done in 2 days, the sales representative said yes to all my questions and provided incorrect information. Lots of hidden charges at the time of installation, no synch between the sales and the technical team, they don't pick up or return your calls, and above all the 2Mb speed sucks keeps on hanging up and is incredibly slow. Definitely not worth the time, money and pain you go through the installation. No professionalism will recommend a big NO to the service.
I have my life time worst experience with crap head customer service executives they have.. especially one Mr.Parmar and one more lady(I can recognize their voices as well,, I guess they have only these two crap head in their customer care), with whom I keep speaking every next day as their Net Service will be either down or Slow like a hell. These both executive will even hang-up your call in between.
I suggest to go for Airtel if available. They are the best.. I had to take this crap service from bullshit company like Spidigo just because there was no bandwidth available at with Airtel at that time..
I suggest all to not to go for Spidigo at any cost..
I have had spidigo since decmeber 2010..they have great plans and good service is live in bopal area ahmedabad where no other isp is available so spidigo is the only option, so far there has not been any problem with the connectivty and it is cheaper too
I have register for net connection since 4 days still not get connection.What i have to do.
