I went to Maples Indira Nagar branch today. I regret why I went there.
I opted to get services for face cleaning, hair spa and hair cut.
Face cleaning was done in 3-4 mins pack was applied for 4-5 mins, total time given on this service was around 10 mins. I was told that the service will be of 20 mins. Cost 800 Rs (in the book showed to me).
For hair spa, hair wash was done and then the hair treatment for 5-7 mins including steam and massage.
For Hair cut, its so bad that I can not make out that there was a hair cut done. I asked the person many times to shorten the fringes but I can not see a proper hair cut done.
I thought the person in reception will ask me for the feedback but no she dint.
Well now there was another surprise waiti ... View Moreng for me. Face cleaning service I opted for was 800, Hair spa 1800 (for 5-7 mins) and hair cut for 1000 rupees. Total was 3600. they said discount 20% applicable before the service so my bill was suppose to be 2880 but I was given bill of 3236. Additional 12.36% Tax was added without even specifying it somewhere.
This is end of my business with Maples. Don't want to get fooled with them any further. View Less
