i booked from bangalore to tirupathi , they cancelled the bus in last miinute, but the amount is still not refunded to me , if i call to them they are not picking calls

i have booked a ticket from bangalore to goa for a/c sleeper. suddely i got a call saying that the the booked non a/c sleeper pick up point is chaned to anand rao circle. when i tried to call to the land line the person was so rude that if u want cancel the ticket we cant provide you the serveice.. he is very rude. he doesnot even know how to speak to customers and we have paid full amount for A/C volvo sleeper

Hi guys..... i must say this worst travel experience i had in my life , i had booked my ticket from Goa to Banglore on date 20th April 2014, bus was suppose arrive Margoa @ 5.30pm as mentioned in ticket & online web-sites, but it was arrived @ 8.30 in the night, every 10-15 min once i used to call the customer care number which is mentioned ticket, all the time they miss guided me by saying after 10 min bus will be there in margoa, i had booked for AC bus & but bus wasn't AC & nor comfortable (BUS name Tanay travels), and it has reached banglore @ 12.pm where bus timing is written in the ticket as 7.00am, I WILL REQUEST ALL OF U PLS. DO NOT BOOK ANY SERVICE FROM THIS TRAVELS... please don't waste your money n time by booking this bus...

Guys I have faced same kind of issue with Varsha Travels on 12th of Jan Goa to Bangalore...They have given semi sleeper with worst bus condition with technical difficulties + ac didn't worked where I booked for ac sleeper Volvo. my 2200 for two passengers just waste. we had a narrow escape fm accident due to bad bus condition and and journey time 16 hours instead of 12 hours...those who travelled with me on this bus can call 08041242066 for refund. Because this is the only no which is active presently.

Please guys dnt travel this bus in future and also spread this update to your dearest one..

I booked the below ticket from bangalore to Tirupathi. My boarding point was tin factory at 11:30 pm. I called the driver at 11:15pm . He said he was in MG road. After 11:25 when I called him, he said he was near gopalan mall And there is huge traffic. I was waiting at the starting of the fly over from 11:00 pm. After that he don't pick the call for half an hour. Around 12:00 he picked the call and said the bus was on the flyover. I walked from one end of fly over to other end and kept calling him. He was disconnecting my call. Around 12:30 he picked the call and says the bus has already left. This varsha travels is the worst service. And that driver was using this number:9845227118. Yeah..same thing happened for us also.. they started hitting the passenger who argued with them like rowdies... Pls dont book ticket for this travel..
And also to all online service providers pls cancel your valuable online sevice for this travel..

ONE OF THE FALTU AND BAKWAS TRAVEL AGENT IN BANGLORE NO. 1 CHEATER I WAS THERE TO GO TO TIRUPATI I HAD BOOKED ONLY DROP FACILITY FORM HIM BUT WHAT HE DID WAS TOTALLY WRONG HE CALLED US AT 9 P.M. AND SAID BUS WILL COME AT 9:30 P.M. Im one of the victims who traveled in this travels bus. Plssssssssssss dont waste your money and time booking your ticket for this travels. I have traveled for 14hrs from bangalore to vijayawada,got into bus at 1 o'clock in the night.

The only thing want to say is.............., worst and disgusting people+ hopeless service+ Rowdy owner = Varsha travels

I too agree. Never travel with these guys. I booked a ticket from GNT to BLR for AC Volvo. They charged 900/- per ticket. After couple hours from GNT, suddenly smoke coming from bus. They shifted all of to another bus and told that plz adjust till Tirupati. From there we will do alternative arrangements. We stand for more than 4hrs. Reached to Tirupathi @5am. There are arrangements. after a long discussion with them they arranged one express bus at 7:10am. Finally we reached to BLR by 1:30pm. It's really embarrassing day for me.

PEOPLE DONT GO FOR VARSHA TRAVELS. DONT TRAVEL WITH VARSHA TRAVELS.

As an update to my last post, redbus followed it up by delisting varsha travels from their site and promising to refund the amount to not just us, but to all the harried travellers who had used varsha travels after booking through redbus on that date. Redbus also informed us that this isn't the first time people have complained of poor experience with varsha travels. as usual, varsha travel denied any wrongdoing. this update is just to set the record straight.
