Dear concern,
i bought bata shoes from bata showroom kathriguppe banashankari 3rd stage blr 85 on 21/05/2013 rate was rs 799/ after 02 months got problem with the shoe i went to showroom 0n 31/07/13 i complained about the shoe with the manager he told me to come on 03/08/13 he said that he will check with corporate office & intimate me about the same .i went on 03/08/13 the manager told me to exchange the shoe, for the same amount i taken new shoe afterwards he told that the company is giving only 75 % offer rest 25% he told me to pay & he took rs 325/ by credit card he didn't issue me any bill for the same .but at that time bata showroom was offering 50% discount on all the products & by utiluising the 50% discount they cheated me rs 3
