My father had a problem of acidity from years but at a point it was converted into a disease Acid Reflux (Gasteroentrology). We took him to Panacea Hospital for treatment. The GERD specialist assisted him for a minor surgery and he proceeded for surgery. My father was happy as the doctors at Panacea Hospital was cooperative and they cured the disease carefully.
The treatment in Panacea Hospital is providing genuine treatment. The equipment is labs and the other medical testing machines are accurate and the doctors not only treat but also give suggestions and advice of how to take care so that same problem does not happen again.
I have visited to Panacea Hospital last month for general medicine for my wife. I was happy to see the fast service as we did not have to wait and stand in queues.The lab service is also good as they give the reports in 24 Hours.They have maintained every thing in an organised way.
Dear Panacea, Our Doctor had referred to ur hospital it was good service until it was in general ward but when we asked for change to semi private ward the problem started with a non cooperative nurse. The problems we underwent with this irresponsible nurse 1.She dont know bed charges & she was working for 4 years,which is very varied but just to know a call could be enough with the intercom for help 2. Before shifting the patient to any other rooms,it should be mandatory to give all the info to the caretaker / patient about the tariff for the rooms & other service charge. 3. Hi ! I have been in the hospitality/customer service industry for a decade now and have developed qualities to assess and analyze fairly thinking 360 deg spectrum, hope this Email is addressed to the right people and is valued . Doctors,Staff Nurse, House keepers, helpers and Canteen service is very good. Patients are taken care with utmost responsibility and passion. Your front of the House employees at all the Reception Counters,insurance Dept. and medical Record Department are pathetic and trust me pathetic is still a good word, I could always see that they are frustrated while interacting with customers or others but they are very happy to converse with their co workers, gossiping and chatting. Doctors and nurses provide excellent service. However Billing and Insurance sections are a nightmare. Billing and Insurance section take more than 7 hrs to send the claim details to the Insurance company!! It is not a surprise if the patient discharged by the doctors today is allowed to leave only the next day by the billing section! Beware, the patients recovered will fall sick again by the time billing is complete!
