Possibly the worst place I have been to in Bangalore.. I went there for drinks & dinner on Friday night with my girlfriend and it was a total disaster.. the staff is very rude. The orders take infinite time to come. And absolutely bad manager. My recommendation, never go to this place specially if you have any girl in your group!
The service is simply pathetic, and the staff are out there only to fleece you - you are over charged! You have to very carefully scrutinize the bills, and even if u find the mistakes, the rude manager simply refuses to take off the extra items from your billing! We had done the blunder of going to celebrate one of our friend's farewell party at this cheater restaurant - we were overcharged by some INR 250. When we disputed same, the manager threatened us that we would have to pay this extra over charged amount for drinks we had not had - even after settling the correct bill of INR 9000! This is their level of "customer service"!!!! Complaint to the GM Mr. Tony also did not serve any purpose - he kept on giving stories, and no resolution. T

By going to this pathetic place your will be spoiling your evening. The staff needs training on how to treat people. I was given cooking sauce instead of Tomato ketch up. It was one of most emabrassing moment of my life in front of my guests, when we decided to walk in between of dinner. Even called manager to complain, but of no use. Shameless staff, pathetic place.....
It is pathetic place with even worse service. Items are overpriced, the management does not care about patrons.
