I will be filing a case tomorrow on consumer court through International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC).if the store or the sales man does not responds to me and the cot been replaced with the new one within 2 days ...I write this as a warning!!

Never Try to attempt this store..as mentioend by shij same tactics was used to me as well..that the carpenter will come & polish ..I should sue them for the money..VERY VERY BAD PRODUCTS and CHEAP & DAMAGED quality I guess they get second hand cot from customer and do the tinkering and polishing and cheat the new customer...SO TRUELY CHEATERS

One of worst store ever ..!! people are so ridiculous no sense of customer handling never plan to buy anything from this store. I bough a double cot in April which has been promised deliver within 24 hours but got delivery only after 3 days and that too in damaged condiiton and after that I have been following up with one most cheater salesman RAUNAK and till today there is no replacement happend. And to my surprise these fools give an excuse as to manufacturer do not give him the cot ..!! I do not understand how do they get the fresh cots done..my honest advice never buy anything from this cheater shop....!!

Very Bad service. They will do all the fittings and delivery as per their convenience. I bought a Wooden Cot and when arrived i could see lot of marks and even one place there was a small piece detached. When i asked them why is it like that, casually they told me it happened while moving the parts from their vehicle to Nd floor(such irresponsible guys). And then they told they will send a carpenter to polish it if you want.Even the screw was not proper. The cot was not properly fitted. (That too the cot arrived after a dozen calls and of course 2-3 hours of waiting from the promised delivery time)
