Maithri Developers

I am a resident of maithi developers project ,i must say they are good at there work, their concern about their customers is really touching, they listen to the problems of the people and even solves them,the amenities they promised for are all there. I am happy to be a part of maithri developers.

Recently saw a flat in Maithri Developers. I was impressed. They actually do deliver futuristic designs and have good amenities. I found the price cheap , the project is that good and I am forced to buy.

Plus that project of Maithri Developers is in Town center, that's impressed me a lot and in today's scenario you won't found such a nice place that too at such affordable rates.

actually I am planning to buy a flat in Shilpitha Splendor Annex, but not able to decide what need to be checked before going for it.
Have read lot about Quality of the construction, hows legal part? is that clear completely..
Honestly speaking in this rate there is no good builder available in this location, moreover possession date is also in 1 year... I seriously do not know what to do.. but I liked the location and price as well, Hoping that Annex will be better than Splendor

Hows legal part ? are all the approvals in place? documents are clear?
