I took their cab on 26-Dec-09 at 7:30am for Coorg from bangalore. Was told that minimum charge is for 250 KM per day (so i assumed that a day consitutes 24 hrs), and extra driver bata for night driving after 10pm. While booking, the owner kept saying that they maintain the cars very well, and give higher salaries to drivers etc, so can't give me any discount. I explicitly asked about the mp3 player and was told that its 'there'. The cab came 1 hr late, the player didn't accept my CDs, the FM was able to play noise from only one channel. We came back on 28th 2 am, and then was told that i need to pay for 3 days now, as the charge is by 'calendar' days. So ridiculus.
