Very Poor. Please don't ever go to this travels they are not professionals. There are better travels to prefer than this one. If you ask them to return our cancellation money, they take months to do it. Be careful as they dont provide you any confirmed tickets if you want to submit for the Visa and also dont ever book any international hotel through them. For me its more than 1.5 months. When you speak rude also she will not give the money back and if you beg also she will not give your money back. She will only give your money back only when she want to give you and that too in installments she will give you back. Every time you call them, they will tell you stories why it is taking late. Not at all professional when if come to business.
. i was sure that i will never get back my 2nd country's visa fees which i already paid her in the beginning so at the most she will not charge me anything extr like rs 2000 or so which she had said earlier... guess what at 7 pm i received a call from her stating i have to pay 23000 to her as the balance.. i was shocked.!!.. after repeatedly asking her she finalized it to roundup massive 20000 rs.. my passport with the visa stamped came in her office...i came there the next day to talk to her about the huge amt she is charging and getting my passport.. she spoke very nicely with me with all false excuses.. she showed me my passport and kept it with her and told me to come tomorrow to get my air-tickets and then i can take my passport from

Everytime i believed her, i got ripped off... u ask her about visa ,she will book free itinerary air tickets and will show you an approximate budget ... will convince you that its the cheapest and say if at all after getting the visa you have to change the dates that will only cost Rs 2000/- . my mistake i believed this and moreover i also told her i want to visit another country too for a couple of days as transit... she took that country visa fees too all 3 months before... i recieved so many sweet reminder calls about making the payement ASAP...the day i paid her all the money in advance... from the next day.... started the pain....unbearable pain of calling her 1000 times,running to her , waiting in her office for hours together, liste

my mom lost 1.6 lak and she is gonna sue them in court. ppls pls stop bookin your tickets in suce fradulent agencies.
The comment from "msl01", is 100% true, because it happened to me too. One can see many gods photos in her office, and that is just to fool people. Trust me she is a cheater and is excellent in tackling people.
We waited for around 11 hours in Frankfurt airport where the actual waiting time is 4 hours for the connecting flight from Frankfurt to Boston(USA). By doing this, they are very much benefited. Coz, when we book flight tickets earlier, we will get some percent less in fare. But Rekha will show only BLOCKED ticket (not Booked ticket), and book for other customers who are willing to pay more for the same scheduled flight, making us to wait for hours in an unknown place.

Over the last 10 years that I have regularly flown across the world, I can assure "rekha Air travels" is by far the WORST travel agent to trust ur time and money with. She claims to be "god fearing" and sells u tickets "ON WAITING LISTS" lying to you that they are confirmed!, I spent 2 nights in JED aiport yes with my family and luggage and spent ! RS12000, only because I made the mistake of trusting her.
I have proof the fraudulent promises and BAD SERVICE- as a responsible customer I will take action thru a consume court
