Pathetic service. Owner vikas is not at all customer centric. It's been 1.5 months since I placed an order and haven't rcvd my curtains till date. Don't even know how many more days it's gonna take. They don't call u back and always gives a false promise of delivery dates. Totally dissatisfied.

I finally had the chance to visit this beautiful store today after hearing so much about its hospitality. The entire store has a collection of unique and lavish stuff. I have got the curtains for my entire house done from here. And i have'nt seen such hospitality and patience in handling my queries. My curtains were custom made and were better than I had expected. Infact , it was home delivered ! And the post sales services were also overwhemling. Im so thankful and humbled for the personal attention given to us.

i am really shocked at reading the review ! i totally disagree with this man. i am an regular customer to this shop. and i have had an wonderful experience shopping and i have not faced any trouble.i guess personal issues must be kept personal and not pasted on a webpage! anyways thanks lenin golore for ur good service. i am very happy with my purchase:)

This man is one of the most rude, obnoxious people I have ever met in my life! He is a liar and a cheat and has no customer service skillls. The first rule of thumb when setting up a business is that the customer is always right. You should never use foul language towards a customer and this is exactly what he did. I will NEVER go to this shop again and urge others to steer clear too!
