I am working with MNC and we are tied up DTDC.
Mr. Rao, Your person who attends in Cunningham road is not rude and not attending in needs, he is not approachable.
He is charging extra than your courier shops.
From Bangalore to Mysore, it took 4 days to courier the box with programme items. This was a URGENT Corporate programme.
when i called Mr. Rao he didn't attend me and was very very Negligible and Careless man. we are fully disappointed with him bad services.
I am shifting to Professional Couriers for all my next services.
