Being an employee of this company,having worked for 5 months i have come across various issues. Starting from salary to incentive structures to internal policies, higher management's behavior has been a nightmare to me. Salary was not paid on time. Incentive were not given even achieved targets. In all not at all an employee friendly company. Literally had to beg for the salary every month. Never got salary on the 5th day of the month. No insurance given as was promised while interviews. It was mentioned in their Job post in indeed.com.But no medical insurance was given. Even when the company has more than 7 employees they don't have a PF structure also. Apart from salary issues, there were no leaves given, no work from home considered yet

I Suggest never plan your dream tour with this company. i recently choose this company for my honeymoon at shimala but this is biggest mistake of my life. company administrative work is very bad .i suffer lot during tour.even hotel booking is also not done at the time of checking.tour detail also they send before 2 days of tour date.all hotel will be changed after deposit they get.without inform.

I inquired about a kerala package for jan 2014 in october 2013, their quotation was the cheapest at 58800/-, seemed ok as rest were 7- 8k more. so I booked a tour through them and made a initial transfer of rs 15000 into their account.
now what happens a day after a transfer money I receive a invoice from their side stating that the tour cost cannot be less than 70000/-, so either I accept their new offer or I keep on calling them from delhi. mr vinay told me that I can cancel the tour as they cannot give the tour in the quotation given by them, he told me to give a cancelation request, whi

Stay away from Kanthraj from Myhappyjourney
Last week I booked a package trip to Kerala 2n3d to munnar. He (Kanthraj)
asked us to get to cochin and from there he arrange a cab to munnar , I
wanted to go to directly munnar but he forced us to come to cochin he said
that cochin to munnar is a scenic view. As we didn't know about the route we
agreed.We agrred to take a boat in allepy for 3-4 hrs of boating then leave
to munnar.
After arrival at Cochi we thought will get a hotel to freshen up. Then he
told that there is no arrangement as such (this is the first frustrating
thing as we were family it was difficult for us to find a hotel)our tour
