I have given my Bike for service, I did the service 4 times in a month but they have not solved thec petrol leakage problem .
WORST Service and Technicians talking like a layman .

The WORST Hero showroom in Bangalore never dare to approach this incompetent dealer. And never trust their dummy promises especially words of Sales rep CHETAN he mesmerizes you with the words but absolutely nothing in actions.
And coming to the service their first preference is for PAID service, free services guys please find some other hero service center or wait for 2-3 days to get your bike serviced.

As an Authorized (??) dealer from Hero it is shame on their heads that they can't get even tiny spares for bikes.

Conclusion: There are many options available in Bangalore please go with any other Hero dealer except this one.

We booked passion pro, they called & said you can take the deliver on monday, when we went he said,not reistered, deliery on friday, when we went on friday, they said it is closing hours, they we took the delivery on monday, their service is hopeless, bike has some problem, wheel is fully bend, they replace the wheels... we have given bike for service after usage of 3 days, just check how the service??? my request you buy any vehidle from anywhere, but not from max motors
I booked a Karizma and the delivery was supposed to be done after 25days.. but even after 1 n half month I didn't have a hint to look at it.. tats very sad.. :(
Though I got it very late the people there are so kind, so wat I suggest to the buyers is that follow up ur booking n don leave until u get it..
Met the manager, he seemed pretty reasonable. I must say he did solve my problem.
I bought a Karizma from here recently and got the chance to meet the most careless guys on earth. If your planning to buy a bike from here be set to receive the worst treatment ever from the staff. Also be sure to get 6 free washes in the name of 6 free bike services. If your lucky, your bike wont get worse after their so called service, i wasn't.
