Worst Dakshin Honda and after so much negative feedback no improvement as they have monopoly around .
Worst experience, I left this company recently and completed all the clearance procedure, Till date I have not received my last month Salary (1 and Half months). This seems to be common practice in this company. I never faced such problem before with any other company. I don't know why this is happening with dakshin honda. And HR team is not responding. I called HR many times, Sent email to Manager and CEO of the Company. Still no response from the company. This seems to be common practice in this company. I worked for more than one and half month just to get my clearance and leave the company with proper documentation. But Iam not happy with the way company is responding. Looks like all dakshin Honda showrooms are same. My experince was with hosur road one.It has been almost a month and half since I paid full amount for my car. Till date one accessory has not been supplired. Despite my repeated requests the money has also not been refunded. I think they use customers money for working capital. They are cheats. Have complained to all from CRM to business leader, but not got my money back. Best not to deal with these fraudsters.
I am the owner of a 2008 make Honda City. Though I live in HSR layout and the DAKSHIN HONDA service center is lot closer, I usually get it serviced at Whitefield Honda. This is because I had read consistent poor to scathing reviews on DAKSHIN HONDA online and chose to not take a risk. However the car's clutch was making a creaking noise and for such a 'minor' issue I thought why drive all the way to Whitefield and why not give DAKSHIN HONDA guys a try. I gave them the car on a Tuesday afternoon. The associate said that he will try to give the car back by 6pm same day if possible or I will get it back only the next day at 11am. My Honda City (which was bought at Dakshin Honda) had a minor accident and I sent it to Dakshin Honda on Hosur Road. For the work which should not take more than 5-6 days, they took 3 weeks. Criminal negligence is displayed at all levels - from initial survey & listing of spares required, sourcing them from possible sources, carrying out work, coordinating with insurance agency and even accounting! I complained at all levels, including the GM, but other than polite emails, nothing worked in time. I had to help them in getting spare parts! I had taken my car KA51 Z 1201, from Service today (25-July-12). I have lost my pen drive (I had clearly mentioned Siddappa, the driver who came to pick up the car). Either he should have taken it OR someone in service should have taken this. I am not sure if Dakshin Honda will take responsibility for this. While you spend so much in Customer care - there seems to be no concern. I was disappointed when I called Mr. John (service engineer) today and the response was irresponsible & pathetic.
Moved to this Service from Whitefield Honda for personal convenience, three visits and my car is in a mess. The first visit was to get the front wind shield replaced and they replaced with a 'brand new' spare with a small hole in it which I realized a couple of months later. Bill amount huge! Let me not mention that my vehicle was delivered in filth condition although the wash is paid. Second visit, general service and all sorts of spare replaced which was nowhere close to being worn out (eg: brake shoe replaced at 8K km?!). They have no idea of service. I sent my Accord in for replacement of a leaking power steerinf hose pipe. The service guy cliamed that there was a problem with the starter as it was taking 6 seconds more than normal They opened up the starter motor and foud nothing wrong in the car. After I picked it up from service the car stopper starting completely. They now claim that it is not their fault and will not fix the same. The manager Krishnakumar and service manager Suni's conversations are recorded and will be submitted to consumer court.
