I purchased a Volkswagen Polo in May, 2013 from Elite Motors in Hosur Main Road, Bangalore. Both pre-sales and post-sales services were fine for me. I didn't face major problem and the entire procedures were quite smooth.
Absolute Pathetic People and spoiled the mood of buying the vehicle. We now have the vehicle but lost the charm of buying the vehicle due the bad experience we have from this dealer.
Even u wont be knowing when ur vehicle is available in the showrrom, u need to keep following them at each and every step. Once u r ready for the delivery then they will tell u to provide HR letter for the corporate discount, photographs, address proof, etc which they could have informed well before the car delivery so customer doesnt need to rush at the last moment for this thing. also u wont be informed for what all accesseries reqd well before the deliveries hence u end up in going other experts and get them fixed. and when u tell them this thing on their face then they just give a good smile...and u feel its just ignorance of u..and they are not interested in the business..Whats going on with VW. I was not at all satisfied with their pre-sales/post-sales service. once car is sold then they dont care for customers...I received answer "We do have lot more things to do" from the dealer when i asked for the number plate 1 month after the car delivery.
Staff of elite motors are not in position to update the customer's when the delivery of car will happen which is disgusting for the people who they book for new VW polo . They don't even advise during the booking .
