I have gone through a lot of Home cleaning services over the last few years but Iâm really impressed with the work done by Rao & Rao Facilities & Management Services. They were on time, very professional and polite staff. The best part I think is the attitude of the staff and their attention to detail during the job. Thank you so much. I approached Rao & Rao Facility Management Services for providing us Baby Care Excellent support from Rao & Rao I have to mention Maithili who took personal responsibility in a very sensitive 3 days ago. They were very patient and kept me informed.
Excellent service Rao & Rao has always been prompt and accurate in their delivery of services. Their customer service staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy.
i have had extremely bad experience with this agency re baby care. In a span of less than 2 months we had 5 different maids turning up for work at our house for baby care, i repeat. While the agency claims to send experienced and well trained staff all that we receive is either a filed worker, a cook who used to run a kabbab stall, a construction worker, a maid at a hotel and a house maid for baby care. None of them were learned, had no clue about baby care, hygiene was out of question, did not know what a diaper looked like or meant. All of them had questionable background as they were either widow or had separated from their spouse and family. I can hardly rem a night when i slept at peace. I had a very bad experience with this agency. The first maid they sent ran off in 3 days saying she cant live without her husband and child, second one came and was a complete retard, wanted to sing & dance all the time & was lazy, the third one was a complete disaster who started getting her relatives to home when we were not there; she had the audacity say that we have such a big house, its ok to get her relatives for a cup of tea :( pls do not use this agency ever; they claim they do reference check, which is an utter lie; whoever walks on the road is handed over a job it feels like

Hi I completely agree with all of the above reviews. they are no 1 cheats and very rude and cheap .. they send ppl from villages who do not know anthing we need to train them in everything . At the time of accepting the deposit they tell us we will send replacement within 24 hrs..but its been nearly 2 months and 100 phone calls and I am yet to hear from them .
I approached Rao and Rao agency last october 2010 for baby care and cook. I got a maid who is widower. After some days i realised that she has asked her boyfriend to come home. We were so shocked, we demanded replacement. The next one turned out to total retarted, we were so worried to leave our 1.5 year old son with her. every month they sent out a new maid who has no experience either a divorcee or widower all with questionable character. I was extremely worried for my daughter and son and their well being. I have lost a mobile and lot of other items from home. I completely agree with Ratna's review. We've had EXACTLY the same experience.
DO NOT opt for RAo and Rao facility services. The maids they sent after taking an advance of Rs 6.5K, were a PAIN. One was a thief and refused to do what she was told, backanswered a lot. The other disappeared with a sobstory on a day`s notice, which turned out to be untrue, surprise, surprise.
When we called the office for replacements, we realized we were neither going to get a refund nor a maid anytime soon. Top it all, the owner hangs up on us when we called him! When we threatened to lodge a complaint, his decibel levels on the phone were most impressive too.
Repeat: DO NOT OPT FOR THEIR SERVICES, OR BE PREPARED TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.
They are cheats! They took Rs 6,500 from me as advance and sent a maid who was a petty thief. Why should they hire such people and send them to houses? When I complained to their office, a person there said they had two earlier complaints against this same maid, so they knew her history, but while bringing the maid they say all good things about her. When I asked for previous reference to verify her authenticity before keeping her at home, they coolly say the family she worked with has relocated to the US. The second one, left as she had run away from her home, and was pestered by her home members to return. Now it's more than 10 days, and no sign of them sending a maid.
