Gave my laptop to repair on Tuesday. Service center guys told they will do a trouble shooting and inform by Friday. Since no response from the center I called them. Initial Response - "No official mail about the status of the laptop. Will check with concerned person. Please call after some time.".
Second call made after 30 -45 Minutes. Response - "Concerned interface lady is busy in another call. Will call you once its over".
No response for the next one hour. I called again the 3rd time. response - "We have no update on laptop". On further asking it turned out that "The laptop is not even inspected".
So irritated with the poor response from the service center guys.

We got one Netbook
Wanted to have 2gb memory
So, Sales person says - only service center will upgrade memory, so i went there.
- Service center people unable to upgrade properly as Display issue is coming,
Now I want replacement for the same or any other laptop with 2gb memory.
Sales person says get letter from Service center stating defective
Service center person says they cant give such letter, and only sales people can give.
What about me.
....
Neither they are upgrading memory nor giving me replacement. - I paid cash already.

3days over...
Purchased on 27th , and went to upgrade memory on 28th to service center, now still with service center. today date is 30th

So Sales and Service of Acer is worst.
