Just as Manjari & Nalini, I too was tricked into taking a "BEAUTY PACKAGE" from Body n Soul. In less than a month of receiving the package I received this message that they were relocating and that they would be up and running by September 2012. Ever since there is no news from them, all the numbers of all their salons mentioned on their pamphlet are incorrect. When they have cheated so many people, is there no way to punish them and get them to refund all the money????

Yes, same thing happened with me. I took a package deal and I even have a bill of that. Later they tell that they are relocating near barbecue nation on the same road. Now they are nowhere to be seen. I think an online complain should be filed on bangalore city police facebook page. If there are more people we can collectively file a complain.

I am a victim of the packages Body & soul offers. They come up with different packages for beauty treatments like facial, pedicure etc., I got a message telling they are relocating the place and will restart from September But they have vanished out of Bangalore. They have cheated by making people join the packages. If any one of you have been cheated please join me in giving a police complaint against them.

I am a victim of the packages Body & soul offers. They had sent a message as they are relocating the place and will be restarting from September. But till date after that I have neither received a call nor any message and they have closed down without informing which clearly shows they are CHEATS. If any one of you are also victim of this cheating please join me in giving a police complaint as they have joined people till the last moment when they knew they are relocating of closing down the place. I got the information that they have run away from Bangalore.

I went there with a Times Deal for Head Massage, Facial and Body Massage. It was the worst experience ever and I wouldnât even go back if somebody paid me money. Although the coupon said no cross gender service, a chubby guy gave me a head massage including my shoulders and arms. I had to tell him to focus on the head and felt very uncomfortable. He was rubbing my head as if this was the first time he was giving a head massage without any prior training. Then I was again shooed to another place to wait, again had to go to another tiny room that looked like a dental clinic with filthy towels to get the facial. They have one hair dryer! Which parlour has one hair dryer?! We had to spend 40 mins with dripping wet hair waiting for them to finish up with their earlier customers. (dripping wet hair in 40 minutes turns into frizzy crazy hair, worse looking than when you entered the parlour). I won't blame some of the workers, stuff like this is out of their hands. But the others are intolerable. They have very very bad attitude. One lady is very unhygienic, everytime I go, I feel like she needs to bathe first before attending to any customer. And agree with Vaishnavi, Aarti is the root cause, and this place should have shut long ago. Most horrible parlour in bangalore....Staff are very rude and dont listen to anything you say...No concern for customer satisfaction...very unhygenic....I came back from the parlour and took an hour long shower as it was damned unhygenic there!!!

they behave as if they r president or prime ministers to give an appointment for the work they r being paid for.they dont ve 2 mins to talk to u on phone.so........ damn busy doing donno wht!!! poor service poor sanity poor staff efficiency.

Extremely unprofessional bunch of jokers with zero skillsetâ¦ massagers, hair stylists, front office personnel, the list goes on. I would never land here, thanks to www.dealsandyou. Couple of packages that I bought through www.dealsandyou in the past were extremely good and got carried away this time around in spite of having heard only negative reviews about Body N Soul. Each staff is professionally trained to con the customer and none spares a chance to do just that!
