I had been to this place this sunday with my family.... had this koovs offer which gave me a weekend buffet for 250 inclusive of taxes... which was definitely worth the varieties they offered... ofcourse for non vegetarians... i was impressed to see 3 chicken items... chicken lollypop, afghani chicken, and butter chicken... mutton biryani, crab masala, fish fry and live pasta counter with prawns... they had cheese balls for vegetarians.. if you there is any one who loves non veg and see food.. then this place is a must visit.... i liked the attention that was given to the guests... and definitely no complaints about the service....
I liked the food and ambiance, but not much choices for veggies. I was looking for more items with paneer and/or cheese mixed with vegetables, or some exotic non routine vegetables, but there was only one item for veg called thai curry which appeared 'global' to me and that too wasn't very tasty. One of the starters was quite good that was aloo tikki, but for non-veg people there were 3 nice starters. Veg fried rice tasted very odd and plain and veg hakka noodles were more hard than they should have been. I had no choice but to visit the pasta counter again, which was a day-saver for me. Yes they had a live pasta counter, where the chef will make a pasta for you from your chosen assortments of ingredients and your choice of pasta, quite goo ... View More
The place is good.... tried their buffet lunch today! On weekends its 275+taxes, a complimentary beer included in it. Starters were ok but limited options. The main course included some Indian dishes like biryani (it was ok) and few sea food items. You also get pasta and prawn cooked right in front of you.The preparation were good. Desserts comprised primarily of variety of cakes. Service was fine. Overall its 3 on 5 from my side.
great food. Not just sea food but lot more. Food seemed a bit pricey initially but the portions are huge for most dishes. The cocktails are quite cheap though. I had Martinis for 350 bucks.
FABULOUS place if you are looking for great food and calm service. It is a new restaurant. So it isn't crowded usually. The seafood platter that I had was the best in Bangalore.
