The Iplanet customer Service is really prompt. They really act fast on the feedback. They got my issues resolved in just a week time. Kudos to Iplanet, but indiranagar Branch I feel should be more warm and welcoming to the customers.
I had a very similar experience with Iplanet Indiaranagar. And this time the store manager Kamal lied shamelessly. I took my mac air from this store where they were offering a kit consisted of 4 items including a bag. They only gave me 3 items as they were out of stock for the Laptop bag. I checked with them twice but they remained saying that they were out of stock and they would revert once it is in stock. I did not receive any call from this store and again when i went to the store i met this Store manager Kamal who shamelessly lied that it was never out of stock and i forgot to collect it. The shop may be located at a vantage point but this is terrible news for Apple because this particular store features some of the worst-informed and clueless ever customer sales staff. And that can't be good for Apple. They virtually goofed up on all matters possible. First, i asked about the 21.5" iMac and the staff confidently said it was upgradeable upto 32GB, when in fact it is only upgradeable upto 16GB. Next, i enquired about the Nike+ and whether it would work on the iPad and again, the guy said it wouldn't, when in fact it does. I asked about Monster headphones, and the sales staff showed me Sennheiser and instead of admitting his mistake, he actually said, Sennheiser manufactured them, until i showed him the info on the carton.
