Worst guys ever, Can say these guys are cheaters, My vehicle is not even a year old, immediately after my third service I had more problems in my bike than before, Hope they would have changed parts to other vehicles. When I visted them back to report about my problem and their response is too worse & doesn't care to listen what I say. Wouldn't Recommend public not to give service here.

Service centre at Indiranagar is the worst .Never give your vehicle for service there .There is no one who knows about the vehicle. This service centre is just to spoil the name earned by YAMAHA . Workers at this service centre are just picked randomly who have no experience.They hardly can rectify any error.

Horrible service. No process followed by the staff. I had to follow up and ask for the status. If you have other option, don't go to this service center. Staff talks like goons.

Wait wait and wait,
Horrible service from this service center. They make delivery promises and every time they fail to meet their promises. fed up with the reaction of the service center.
They tell you that they will complete job by 2 days and then later they keep extending the till 1 week.
Idiotic responsibility and service.
Never ever go with Yamaha coz you never ever get the good service.

Have to say I bought fz s v2 from this panache one month back...biggest mistake I went to this store to buy a good bike...sure management is saving money but appointing ppl who don't have clue about anything....guy who is siting in the reception was playing video games when I came for enguiry...not bothered customer is there....no calls with follow ups...Have to call so many times to get one job done by this ppl......delivery was delayed from the time I asked for......I request ppl please do opt this store .there service is very bad and if I had option to rate I will rate negative 10 .....

I gave my bike for servicing to this service center. After five days I was putting seat cover to my bike then I realised tool kit is missing from the bike. I called up the Panache service center, they told me come to the service center and we will try to give you tool kit.
When I went to the service center they told me they can't provide me tool kit because they don't have stock now. When I told them that I am not looking for a new one and just want my tool kit which was present in my bike. They told me that I should have checked while taking the bike from service center.

SO, ITS ALWAYS BETTER TO REMOVE YOUR KITS BEFORE GIVING IT FOR SERVICING TO PANACHE SERVICE CENTER.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CeNTER...
Its waste ... !! People are so ignorant .. both mechanics and the people sitting at the cash counter. They are sure good at water service , and you end up paying alot of money. A local store would do anytime better job.

Please dont buy your vehicle from Panache indira nagar. !!

Me too experienced the worst service in panache Indra Nagar centre, -> i gave my bike to fix puncher in the morning and they took 7hrs to fix the problem and didn't done properly, and next day when i gave again they changed tubeless Tyre to TUBE and charged me 800/-Rs for service and tube and full scratches on the RIM. i felt so bad that time as is my first bike and very new. ->in my 4th service the service boy felt & skidded off on the road and there were scratches on all front right part of bike and they was telling me that these scratches were there from the morning before they took for service.... -> every time i give service im facing new problems and paid off very high for nothing. they are charging 2000/- on an avg for general ...
