worst customer service ever....from a high end watch brand you would expect better from them...there is a no return policy which is unbelievable. If you are unhappy with your purchase(mine was a gift and the band didn't fit) they won't allow you to return. You only have 30 days to exchange for a different watch of the same value...absolutely terrible...You would expect more from a brand like TITAN. i promise now that i will never set foot inside another TITAN or affiliated store ever again and will tell everyone about this terrible experience.
